The CDT 90 MK III is a robust, cost-effective and energy-efficient, reliable mobile dehumidifier.
The Dantherm CDT 90 dehumidifier is ideal for water damage restoration, drying buildings, protecting from steam condensation and more. It uses the natural process of condensation to remove excess moisture from the air and the surface areas of walls and floors.
An efficient fan draws in humid air through the large front vent and it passes through a refrigerated evaporator. The moisture condenses on contact with the cold surface of the refrigerated coils, and the water flows out of the drain outlet, which can be fitted with a hose and fed down a drain or into a container.
The cold, dry air is then passed through a hot condenser before it is expelled into the room to repeat the process.
The active, demand-controlled defrosting is activated through a temperature sensor on the evaporator.
Defrosting is done by means of hot refrigerant being fed through the evaporator.
